I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Bursa. The staff members, including Mahmoud Alsaleh, Saifeddin, and the Manager, Asl Özgüler. They all spoke English well, which made communication easy. The hotel's location was excellent, with the Bursa Great Mosque, Koza Han , and ATM facilities all within a 5-minute walk. It was also conveniently situated near the main tourist attractions in Bursa, making it easy to explore the city. I found the hotel to be good value for money, especially considering its central location and helpful staff.
There was only one minor issue with my stay - the room had poor sound isolation from the street outside. Otherwise, everything was great!
